Over 150 healthcare leaders from across Northern California gathered for this year's CAHL Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony in Walnut Creek. A theme of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging wove through the event, with keynoter Delvecchio Finley encouraging us to catalyze for diversity.

And for the first time this year, CAHL recognized an Annual Award honoree in the category of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership -- a recognition that earned a standing ovation for honoree Deborah Austin.
