Background and Education:
As a successful home infusion pharmacy owner for 18 years, I experienced the results achieved when interdisciplinary teams focus on a common vision. My mission today is creating sustainable and equitable healthcare cultures through personal and leadership development, effective communication and vision led teams.
Originally from California, I earned a master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Trained as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Physician Development Coach™ through the Physician Coaching Institute.
