Laura is a solution-oriented and organizational strategist providing innovative business solutions that drive increased performance to meet business initiatives—recognized for building alliances with executive Leadership and corporate client groups to develop and execute progressive talent strategies to enhance organizational competitiveness.

She is a certified Master Executive Coach and subject matter expert Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, LEAN Methodology, Leadership Intelligence, Organizational Leadership Development, Organizational Analysis, Performance Management, and Change Management.

Laura is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, California Association of Healthcare Leaders, National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives and American Cancer Society where she serves as the Honorary Chairperson.
