CAHL’s strength has always been its people—leaders, volunteers, and members whose commitment continues to drive our growth and impact across Northern & Central California.

Answering FAQs: CAHL Case Competition Edition
By Ashley Oates | CAHL’s Higher Education Network (HEN) hosted a Case Competition on November 15 at UC Davis Aggie Square, bringing together 38+ students across 11 teams from five schools to solve a healthcare leadership case. In addition to the competition, participants received 2:1 coaching from hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals, including resume reviews and mock interviews with real-time feedback. These sessions provided practical guidance on resumes, interviews, and career transitions, helping students better prepare for future healthcare leadership roles.
