Philosophy: My philosophy is to help others realized that “You have control of your own destiny”. Obstacles may seem difficult to overcome, but anything is possible if you work hard and commit to sacrifice. I started my health care career as a secretary in the pharmacy department more than 30 years ago. Taking the non-traditional path to education, I went to school part-time for 16 years to obtain an Associates Degree, a Bachelors Degree, then a Master’s Degree to help advance my career in health care administration. Many obstacles presented themselves, but with focus, commitment and sacrifice a successful career was the result.
