Background and Education
Upstate New Yorker turned Californian. Graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Economics, and holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from UC Berkeley. Has a 13-year career in leading performance improvement, ranging from coaching leader behaviors to the execution of state-wide, cross-system initiatives. Currently the Director of Quality Improvement for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and spends her nights and weekends as an Aerial Instructor at the San Francisco Circus Center.

Philosophy
Mentoring is about being curious, asking questions and sharing knowledge and experiences that help others unlock their potential and grow in the ways they are seeking. I enjoy the opportunity to meet other healthcare professionals and see how we might be able to learn from each other.
