Tell us a bit about what you’ve been doing as a volunteer, and why you chose to take that particular role.
I current serve on the CAHL Finance Committee. I chose this particular role because finance has always interested me but it wasn’t until I started my Administrative Fellowship in 2023 that I was able to see firsthand how pivotal it is to have a broad understanding of the financial operations within healthcare. I knew that contributing to a committee for CAHL would not only benefit my professional growth but would also be a great opportunity to give back and make a meaningful contribution to CAHL’s mission.

Could you share a “CAHL Moment” with us?
I had the opportunity to attend the CAHL award ceremony recently and I was blown away by the sense of community and comradery that I felt at the event. This was the first time that I had met some of the CAHL members in person and it was such a great opportunity to come together to celebrate those that were being given an award that night and to hear Michele Sutton’s inspiring keynote.

Could you fill in this blank? “I’m open to being a resource to CAHL members if they need ________.”
I am open to CAHL members if they need any advice on how to navigate the transition from Administrative Fellow to your Post-Administrative Fellowship career

What motto or quote resonates with you as a leader?
